The Restaurant Client Partner role feels like it’s falling apart. Leadership has slashed compensation and most of us are on track to make 20% to 40% less this year. Morale is at an all time low and PIPs are being used at an all time high. Most of our book of business already has the product they want us to sell, so new locations and winning back previous clients that churned is the best option. It feels like the ship is sinking and a lot of reps are just trying to hang on

Yelp has a great culture with smart, driven and diverse people. Regardless of your sales resume, they start all sales reps at the bottom.
