Great company that clearly values employees. They also stand by their values, not just words on a wall. The product is simple, but you are competing for share of wallet with some of the biggest names in tech. It’s nice that the company isn’t one of the other big names out there that is making the word a shittier place. Leadership is involved and helpful. Willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in closing sales. The boarding and training is fully developed and regimented.

high highs, low lows, out of my 11 managers, only 2 were able to teach me new things/what i didnt know. most managers were promoted within a yr or 2 after being hired as college grads with 0 life experience and cannot lead well nor produce consistent results across their teams.

Yelp was a woke mess. Managers are fake. Good place to get training and experience for a year, but after that I recommend you move on, as they will look for any reason to replace you if you don't fit the woke company culture, even if you're doubling your quota consistently.
