Current Employee RUN FOR THE HILLS! this company will lie to your face and even as a top performer they will say youre getting "promoted" but that promotion has you giving up a 3k starting bonus that you wouldve earned if you wouldve passed on the "promotion". The reason i use "" on promotion is because once you get there you ARE CAPPED. Base is laughable, culture is terrible wiht micro management leadership that only cares about dials and not actual sales skills because leadership werent actually good at sales. Toxic enviornment and not worth the energy, even tenured reps have the mentality of "thats just the way things are". You have a better opportunity to work at a car dealership or solar than to waste your time and energy here. Oh and they steal commission without reason even after the deal is closed won. And before you ask, no i wasnt an employee that wasnt cut out for sales. STAY AWAY
