While I was at Zeller, the atmosphere was young, energetic, and highly sales-driven. It fostered a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results. However, as a growing startup, there were still areas of the business being built out, which came with both exciting opportunities and some operational challenges.

Zeller pay sales people terribly. It is a growth at all costs culture from the top, and reps are expected to constantly perform and move onto the next deal, even though the base salary is low and commissions are almost non existent.

Great business with a strong future ahead. Understandably has it's growing pains. The team culture is strong and very inclusive. There are very talented staff members on the team who I believe are underpaid compared to market averages. For a business so successful it would be good to see the staff compensated better for their hard work.
