Which divisions, regions, or business units may be more or most advantageous to sell for and why?

Zillow upfront contracts model in Premier Agent is dying. The best teams and opportunities are on Flex and high level partnership models. All the others are consolidating or being managed out.

Rentals org as an AE is the place to be, great culture and majority of the team hits quota and hits multipliers easily. Out of 15 reps, only 1 missed in Q2 and half hit 200% and over. Do not go into Premier Agent! Way more cut throat for not more $

It depends on what business you are in, but Zillow primary cash cow comes from Real Estate agents paying Zillow to capture buyer leads from there platform.

Premier Agent is a nightmare and has been beat to death forever. Mortgages, New Construction, and Rentals are good to be in.

PA is a meat grinder, and I would avoid at all costs. Rentals can be pretty good... the multifamily side has gone a bit stale but there is lots of opportunity to do well on single family rentals.

I was on the Rentals team for over two years. It started off fine, but always felt like a startup with its inefficiencies. Turned into the same, ugly organization (PA) due to everyone fleeing that org and joining Rentals. The org doesn't care to promote reps, innovate on new products, and forces you to drink the Kool-Aid and engage in org politics. The only thing it had going for it was the autonomy and trust in the reps but now it uses software to track and record your calls. I'd avoid Zillow for now for anyone considering.
