Former Employee It used to be a great place to work where you would make up for the low base with hitting well above quota with accelerators and make decent money while working remote. With new VP and Director all changes have made reps’ lives harder. Constant changes on quota, which prospects can be sold, clawback changes, territory adjustments, etc. all to the detriment of rep payouts. The product offering has gotten worse with more opportunity going towards Zillow Flex than Premier Agent. I worked with great people and had great lower level managers, but the culture truly has gone downhill. With current sales leadership in place I wouldn’t recommend joining currently if you want to feel like more than just a number. Browse Other Reviews
