Former Employee I truly enjoyed working at Zillow at first, but after major leadership changes following my first year I witnessed high performing reps steadily being forced out. Base pay for new hires dropped throughout this time, roughly $10k in less than two years of hiring all while territories were being reduced significantly with little adjustment to quotas, despite us having around 80% market saturation for the product suite we were selling. The "fun, exciting" culture that I was hired into changed dramatically by the time my counterparts and I left after a few short years. Browse Other Reviews
