Thinking Zillow is a cool company because its a known app people use sucks you into thinking the sales operation is in any way competent or has any sense of direction. They are lost, definition of toxic workplace and being treated like a number.

Love the company culture and my boss, it is a very collaborative and healthy environment from this perspective. My concern about this role is the long-term sustainability because the product as of right now is finite, and upper management has a very cutthroat process for managing reps.
