Current Employee Love the company culture and my boss, it is a very collaborative and healthy environment from this perspective. My concern about this role is the long-term sustainability because the product as of right now is finite, and upper management has a very cutthroat process for managing reps. Miss quota three months in a row and you're out without any grace period it seems. Hope that changes because it seems and feels very transactional.
