I've worked in sales for Zillow for many, many years, and the compensation plan has become very undesirable. Reps need to sell 3x as much as before in order to make about half as much commission. Life at Zillow was much better prior to the pandemic, and I would have strongly recommended working here back then, but I can't nearly say the same nowadays. Comp plan has driven many tenured, top-producing reps to leave the company, unfortunately.

Good overall but they had some real challenges when the housing market changed and brought in poor choices for senior management. They tend to be disconnected and clueless which led to poor business decisions. Loved my immediate team, the general environment, and the product itself

The company will invest heavily in products that look good on the surface, waste time and money to circumvent critical branding and brand loyalty, and then will pivot sales efforts entirely halfway through launch, re-org twice and then blame front line teams for not meeting unrealistic aggressive expectations.
