Quota attainment has steadily dropped due to increase in quota's. Previously the lower salary was manageable because we could exceed quota to make our bonuses. Overall great company, but going through growing pains. The benefits and people are amazing and the ability to work remote makes up for the lower pay structure.

I've worked in sales for Zillow for many, many years, and the compensation plan has become very undesirable. Reps need to sell 3x as much as before in order to make about half as much commission.
