It is a hit or miss. Average hit one year then miss the next. Quote goes way up and is unable to meet. Another barrier is when surgeons retire, which can be an easy 300-500k loss.

I worked there for a long time and was a high performer and high earner. However, because the company underperformed the market most people did not hit quota. Leadership, while they claim to have a great culture, is horrendous and people work out of fear from losing their jobs. Product supply was a significant issue and still is. cool but pay versus work load is not there. Demand can be high but support with instrumentation is low. Implant cost are decreasing while volume increases. Meaning we work more and make less or the same amount if your lucky
