Pretty terrible sales org. Some of the worst micromanagement I have ever seen straight from the CEO himself. Management is so unqualified to lead its wild to witness. No one really has any idea how to sell this product or even how to do the job effectively.

Significant 'restructuring' of the sales org several times in 2023 has decimated the culture of the business. There has been no attempt to address this just yet, and CEO is directly involved in BDR day-to-day activities.
