Lukewarm experience. It USED to be the greatest company I'd have the pleasure of working for, however, now things have changed, not for the best. In general it's unfortunate the direction it's taken culture-wise. It feels as though the goals are unrealistic based on old data from prior years, (PPE loans + low interest rates), and when the markets shifted, quotas did not.

Overall a great company. Times are tough for the job market which makes this a difficult role at the moment and they did just recently go through some layoffs but this was by far the best company I have ever worked for.
