Current Employee Fantastic Company that cares for you! Although highly dependent on the labor market making the ebs and flows of good and bad times like riding a wave.
Goal structure changes recently have significantly impacted ability to hit OTE, however most hit 90%, so not as bad as many other companies. However 150% to 200% used to be my norm.
Leadership team really values us and does everything they can to support us, but at the end of the day are still subject to the decision of the board.
