Current Employee All of these assessments are True. I’ve been at ZipRecruiter for 4 years now and the overall moral has significantly dropped. I’ve been extremely successful at ZipRecruiter, but over the last year have been falling behind like a majority of my colleagues due to highly unattainable quotas and consistent moving of the goal post in how goals are created. Sadly the writing is in on the wall and my time at ZipRecruiter will be coming to an end as soon as I find a more stable company to work for. I’ve loved my time here, but the micro managing and ridiculous new pointless trainings/busy work that are solely for Sales leadership to show the board they are doing something rather than actually helping is getting out of hand. I loved this company from the day I started and was a certified die hard ZR fan, but this last year has taken that from me.
In the past I would’ve reccommended Ziprecuiter as a place to work to anyone! Now I always think twice.
