There was a time this was a great company to work for. That has declined substantially since the company went public. The executive leadership is very disconnected from true reality. We have a Chief Economist and we don't even entertain their data and analysis. There hasn't been a single person that has hit goal in many quarters because they move the goalpost frequently. I would strongly think about this role before taking it. It's falling fast.

Leadership is disconnected from what their sales team truly needs in order to be successful. The product fit is lagging in the market space and user acquisition of the platform is not increasing, making it increasingly more difficult to create successful partnerships that we sell.

My overall experience has been diverse. Our product is still only built to be sold into the small to mid market space. Zip does a good job of understanding the challenges in the market but the solution isn't whole and needs a lot of work.
