Training and development has recently been sort of "off-loaded" to the enablement team with less coaching being done by direct managers. Now this could be specific to my manager, but I do hear it as a somewhat widespread comment.

Very smart sales organization with great training. Awesome product market fit- industry leading. The market is very saturated with having over 35,000 customers. Mostly only small SMB left. ZI is my first tech job experience. From my understanding because it's hustle hustle hustle here that if you go almost anywhere else you will do great.
