How is the current promotion path for SDRs in the R+G org? Seems nonexistent at the moment to move up. Any insight?

What is the attainment % for the UK team for SMBs - is this a heavy inbound or outbound role? Any experience shared would be welcome.

I just read that ZoomInfo laid off 6% of their workforce yesterday. Curious as to what impact this had on the sales organization, if any? Were all departments impacted? Was thinking this would be a good org to come into now given AI, etc but maybe not the right time?
