Current Employee This place is a grinder. They try to avoid paying you through any angle they can. They only pay you the prorated amount on deals rather than ACV like every other company in the tech industry. They’re all about small short term cost reduction at the expense of large short and long term revenue growth. The fact that they have 6 month quotas rather than annual quotas should tell you enough. This isn’t generally a place where reps have life-changing years because they will find a way to not pay you or jack up your quota mid-month to cap your earnings. You do all your own demos unless it’s an extremely niche product/use case.
