Micro management, frequently 6+ meetings a day, constant change of expectations, and management's profound advice is make more calls and book more meetings. Genius. Even when someone on the team exceeds quota or has an exceptional day, management diminishes the accomplishment and finds reasons to be negative. Experience will likely vary based on our manager.
