Very toxic work environment from the top down. A lot of weird rules and company policies that weren't addressed in the hiring process. Management is not transparent and will lie to your face.

Overall I feel blessed to work at this company. The company is solid financially and I really enjoy my coworkers. I have built an excellent team that wants to perform and lift me up as much as I lift them up!
