On the whole, while the company is still achieving new heights and is quite profitable, but there is no longer a quick pathway to closing roles, particularly account management, as an SDR. If you have prior closing experience you will get moved faster. Compensation structure, especially in Enterprise, is really solid. But burnout is likely due to high expectations, and there is an unfortunate chance to get stuck in SDR hell.

Companies doing a lot of taking away from sdr’s despite hitting sales highs. career growth is good and salary is certainly competitive once you go outbound. Also the statements that the company is boiler room is correct. I will say though if you can succeed in this company you can succeed virtually anywhere
