Great company and great growth, if it’s worth the grind. Got let go due to taking paternity leave and missing quota by -5% the month following. Even worse had my entire following month scheduled for quota. No consideration. Very little to no support by leadership, even as a top performer across my team. Most of peers would agree that working the 50+ overtime just to make quota was stressful. Even if you have circumstances in life, you miss you mark even by a little, be ready to be let go. They really push their “hit your number” mantra.

The sales culture of win at all costs was very non customer centric and while leadership wanted to meet the customer where they were, field leadership was "force it down their throats" to get to the number.

Great company to work for and grow a career. Better base can be provided with yearly merit increases, and better coaching for anyone wishing to get promoted to leadership.
