Current Employee This company seems to be obsessed with making their workers lives harder while pay stays the same. Changes are made every 4-6 months so you can never get in a rhythm or workflow, and these changes seem to make zero sense and usually make your life harder. They will go out of their way to find ways to make you less money and nitpick everything you do. They announce these massive changes that alter our job function or pay and then carry on like nothing happened. They do not care about their employees, and its a very “what have you done for me lately” style company. They will one second tell you how great you’re doing and the next you’re being scolded for silly metrics after hitting quota consistently. It’s all egotistical and narcissistic personalities in upper leadership and direct managers are just the talking puppets for them. Promotions have been few and far between and it’s clear they’re trying to “weed” reps out by adding these new nonsensical rules with little to no warning. Looks good on a resume but use it for that then get out!
