Not a word spoken about ZoomInfo on glass door is false. Great place to work if you’re smashing it. But it’s cutthroat, hyper masculine, reactionary & myopic. Id recommend working here if they pay you more than other companies. If they don’t, look elsewere. Be ready for grind mentality, leadership to have a fit of you take holiday, and a generally toxic environment. But if you do well you will make $$$

my over all expereince was pretty solid. I was able to work my way up through inbound sdr to outbound and then eventually became and AE there. Leadership is solid.
