Super stressful company, you are nothing but a number. I always hit my quota but it took away my mental health, managers are inexperienced. Half of your team won't hit quota, most people are getting fired or they quit on their own. If you are looking ghere to see if you want to work at Zoominfo, RUN. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, RUN RIGHT NOW. There are way better places to work at, I'm so much happier in my current company.

AM org is solely employed to mitigate churn. Upsells are few and far between. Redundant internal meetings and micromanagement to the extreme. Steer clear for professional growth.
