Former Employee Grind culture with no patience for results. No patience to implement any change to improve sales culture and/or improve best practices. They apply the same mindset/methodology to selling to Enterprise as they do SMB. They promote high pressure, price-based, sales tactics that will create friction between you and your customers. Once the contract is signed they forget about the customer.
Customer support is horrible unless the customer is a high tier/high value customer.
Product is excellent and that is the only thing that will drive any success at ZoomInfo. If it wasnt for the product being so good people would run far away from ZI, because of everything else. Browse Other Reviews
