Terrible workplace. Amoral leadership. Zero work/life balance. There is a diminished focus on core competencies as reps are forced to promote capabilities that don't exist. Volatile, too. Plenty of examples of President's Club winners being put on Performance Improvement Plans soon after winning. It claims to be a meritocracy, but the cronyism and nepotism is off the charts. High school-ish cliques.

ZoomInfo is a revolving door for entry level sales employees. If you can grind it out and be successful you can make a ton of money here. Unfortunately that can only happen if you are working more than 40 hours/week. Once you hit outbound 0% of SDRs think they can hit quota 40hours/week. If you aren't a shark, go somewhere else.
