Zoom has excellent products and we're investing alot in R&D. The awesome parental leave invites many excellent millennial parents to this position, which means your coworkers are smart, motivated and engaged. The challenges is Zoom does an atrocious job retaining customers and the 2 biggest companies in the world want to kill us everyday: Microsoft and Google. They also did a major outsourcing of sales overseas in 2023 which is a disaster.

Incentive plans are terrible. Only good place if you are targeting existing customers, otherwise you make no money. But no one cares so you don’t get let go for underachieving. Most are looking to get out.
