Brutal. I have never seen anything like it. They hide the segment numbers by not openly sharing but as a wiz on Salesforce I built out some segment reports and found some others showing us trending for 15% as a segment (3 days left) with 1 our of 34 reps over goal. Looking at the Half we are below 50% as a segement with 17% attainment. They have no clue how to prospect and put everone on auto-dialers and not the Zoom auto-dialer (hint it sucks) but another tool to manage Orum. TBH I don't "hate" the dialer if they want us to dial 300+ a week and hit BDR numbers then I am at least thankful to have a tool to do so but not at all confident that just dialing is the way to success. Have heard the same sentiment from my peers but this is the absolute worst data management and SF instances I have ever seen. ROE and data cleaniness is Shady at best with constant duplicates, disputes, and unbalanced books. BEWARE

Zoom used to be a dream company. They swung the pendulum a little too much on the reduction of Sales Incentives considering quotas were almost doubled after the layoffs last February.
