Great product fit and smart leaders. Lots of positive momentum. The only thing holding the company down is moving too fast, not enough planning, and having to go back and fix things that weren't designed the correct way the first time.

Interesting organisation - shot to "fame" during the pandemic and became a household brand; but deep-down it's really just a startup. Experience is getting worse - culture is shifting towards micromanagement and individual deal inspection. Upmarket, territories get smaller, and quotas get higher. We commit 2% growth to the street, but quotas are functionally 15-20% growth per half.
