Zoom has a ton of brand equity but the sales org is very cutthroat. Not sure I would recommend good sales talent work here.

My experience at Zoom from '21-'23 was phenomenal. Best employer I've had the pleasure of working for. Unfortunately I was laid off in '23 during the 15% RIF. Right before that point, the org I was in hired external folks who came in and IMO ruined the culture and almost everything that made Zoom unique.
