Current Employee My experience at Zoom from '21-'23 was phenomenal. Best employer I've had the pleasure of working for. Unfortunately I was laid off in '23 during the 15% RIF. Right before that point, the org I was in hired external folks who came in and IMO ruined the culture and almost everything that made Zoom unique. I can't speak to how the job is now, but when I was there, all of my customers loved the product and almost all of them were willing to take calls and meet with me. I know the culture has changed for the worse since then. Comp plan was generous.
