Good technology and people are overall very nice, but breaking into an upmarket account with 5k+ knowledge workers, who currently does not use Zoom has proven difficult.

Pay is good if you hit quota. They've done a lot of changes on # of accounts and KPIs that are making quotas more difficult to achieve

Comp plan has continued to get worse quarter over quarter. Quotas keep going up astronomically while the number of reps missing quota is equal to that percentage
