Current Employee2.0Mar 7, 2024Incentive plans are terrible. Only good place if you are targeting existing customers, otherwise you make no money. But no one cares so you don’t get let go for underachieving. Most are looking to get out.

Compensation is far below industry standard, boiler room type of environment, advised not to do POCs??, and weird negotiation tactics.
