Zscaler has a great product market fit. Leadership and culture varies a lot between regions - very good in Alpine. Good support from ecosystem to support sales.

The company itself and its portfolio of products are amazing, but the way LATAM leadership manages its people is terrible. No servant leaders, but the old boss style with a lot of micro management.
