Workplace bullying is a common occurrence, with utterly incompetent people in power positions (RVP and AVP who both got fired from their previous jobs, somehow managed to land roles at ZS).

Constantly "wow'd" customers for them to buy a competitor at 30% our cost when I was offering our cheapest deal. Leadership continued to change quota, territory size, strategic channel partners every month so I was always starting from scratch
