Current Employee4.1May 29, 2024Zscaler is a great company to work for as it has actual solutions that work and deliver. However, I have to say that depending on the region's leader you cover you may have success or not. Some leaders exclude you for not being part of their "clan" if that make sense.

Customer would get sold out leaving reps with little to go after to make their number. Leadership exodus on the GTM side led to a lot of rep churn. Enjoy my time there just didn’t see a long term future
