Previous leadership was amazing! Today company is toxic, lack of trust, poor culture. 20-30% reach 100% attainment across sales globally. Upsell on existing accounts for the most part and poor new logo acquisition.

Life for a rep has become much better since new sales leadership have come in. Less micro management (I.e tracking activity), more autonomy and trust. Still difficult to overachieve due to number of reps / territory TAM + market saturation.
