Territories are uneven yet given the same quota. Anyone that joins a new role should expect to have a rough patch. Once you prove yourself by selling into net new accounts is when they really begin to take care of you, but expect the first year to be tough.

I love Zscaler, this company is great. We have a great product that truly sells itself, the leadership is amazing, there are clear paths to promotions, and the work-life-balance is unmatched.
