Large amounts of change going on just now. Massive disparity between top performers and middle / bottom earners driven by unbalanced patches Massive net new slow down and focus. Constant flip flopping on priorities. Currently very political. Product is good but strategy feels a bit all over the place. Processes internally do not work

Individual experiences may vary. Some people have a great time, some people have an absolute woeful time. It's all highly dependent on the leadership structure in your region and what team you're in. I have made a killing here and will continue to do so.
