Zscaler has great product market fit and a great culture and teams. There is a lot of pressure to sell new products/create pipeline, when a large part of the territory doesn't even have the base solutions. Pay is good, and possible to smash your OTE, but comes down to luck more than anything else.

Territories are hit or miss. The reality is that it's about 50/50 for reps to hit quota.
