Abbott overall is a great company if you are in the right division and have a good manager. I unfortunately was in core diagnostics which is a complete mess with the worst manager I ever had. Commission structure and splits amongst enterprise/distribution/account executive/ambassadors is nearly impossible to figure out. Unless you have a big passion for the lab space, I can't recommend this division.

Neuromod/chronic pain devices. High turnover, low comp compared to other med device, 2.5k driving miles per month. Strong organization, excellent product development and marketing.
