Former Employee CRM industry. Overall comp potential is high, people and management are solid. Great place to get all kinds of experiences and be put in tough situations. Fun for a while until it’s not.
Overall CRM culture is old school and needs to get with the times. Long days, call at night and on weekends, no respect for personal lives. Senior reps can’t leave because they make 300-400k and can’t replace that income anywhere else. This could be a good industry to get experience or for someone where high earning potential is your #1 priority in life
