Great culture and work/life balance but pay can certainly be better as you have to wait 4 months for your quarterly payments to hit, so you are only getting 3 “big” checks all year while being on a forced minimal draw to keep you content.

I enjoy working at athenahealth. Working with doctors offices can be more fulfilling than other industries. The leadership is amazing and there is a lot of transparency here. I would reccomend anyone interested in an SDR career to look into athena
