They overhired in the MM segment. The inbound lead flow has come to a halt and they made us prospect. However, nobody is able to find opps.

My overall experience was positive. I had a lot of access to leadership for insights and skill development opportunities. The company maintained healthy standards of work life balance and general employee appreciation. A great place to learn and grow.

This is a great company to work for and the culture is awesome. There is very little micro managing compared to other sales orgs and work life balance is really good. Leadership is excellent and you can tell everyone really gets along and trusts each other. Pay could be better but the hybrid schedule and culture are great.
