Culture like hell, micromanagement as it best, bcc of all outgoing emails to ceo, coo, sales director and sales ops. management by fear and 80h/w base salary is good - but as a trade they expect your life

If you like being micromanaged and treated like complete garbage, this place is for you. You can now even pay for parking for your mandatory in office role. ($160/month). The company hates its employees so much that they don’t even offer 401k matching. It doesn’t matter there is a new CEO- the old one is still calling the shots.
