Starting Interview process for a fed civilian role. There is a new Federal VP. My interaction w/him so far has been via LinkedIn. He’s shared useful info to help me navigate process. How are you doing in federal vs competition? Any layoffs in fed? Glassdoor mentioned BDR layoffs in ’24.
