Big corporation with several pros and cons. It’s highly rewarding and demanding, and nothing comes easy. You’re exposed to excellent training, cutting-edge technologies, significant clients, and various opportunities. However, leadership is too far removed from the field and not truly willing to listen to the needs of those on the ground. The R&D department is also heavily influenced by internal politics and doesn’t effectively consider feedback from the field.

Overall a very relaxed and laid back company with good products. It’s not a Google or Microsoft, but they also never lay people off with fair goals. Everyone including the company wins.

My experience has been mainly positive. Can be tough to get things accomplished in such a large organization with many layers of approval. Brand identity with the org is an issue at times. Good people, culture, pay and retention plans.
